CANCELLATION POLICY I charge 50% cancellation fee for cancellations 24 hours before appointment and I charge 100% of the service for no call no show appointments the day of the appointment. If you did not put a card on file for my policy I will not take you as a client until the balance is paid nor will any other stylist at Meraki salon take you on as a client until the balance is paid. LATE POLICY If you are 15-20 minutes late you are forfeiting your blow dry and style. If you are 30 minutes late or more I will not be able to provide the service you were scheduled for and you will be charged a $50.00 fee for the spot that was reserved specifically for you. REFUND POLICY In circumstances where mistakes are made or clients are unhappy with a result. I do not do service cost refunds. I will do everything in my power to fix any mistake or miscommunication but with product and time that was used and taken I cannot issue service cost refunds. My window to fix any issues is 7 days from the initial appointment. If there is an issue with your hair please bring it to my attention before you leave the salon or within the next few days after the appointment if something doesn’t sit right with you.
