Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge 50% cancellation fee for cancellations 24 hours before appointment and I charge 100% of the service for no call no show appointments the day of the appointment. If you did not put a card on file for my policy I will not take you as a client until the balance is paid nor will any other stylist at Meraki salon take you on as a client until the balance is paid.
LATE POLICY
If you are 15-20 minutes late you are forfeiting your blow dry and style.
If you are 30 minutes late or more I will not be able to provide the service you were scheduled for and you will be charged a $50.00 fee for the spot that was reserved specifically for you.
